Common questions

The light says Wait, but nothing is running.

Open Eranthis: Overview lists every problem that turns the light. Load counts everything on the Mac, not only Claude Code; the lines it is measured against are in Settings → Rules.

A session ran a build the hook should have held.

The hook is read when a session starts, so a session open before you added it doesn't use it until it restarts. It holds only the heavy jobs in Settings → Rules; add the words your build runs with there.

eranthis: command not found.

On the Claude Code page, choose Install. It links /usr/local/bin/eranthis to the copy inside Eranthis, so the command works in any terminal.

How do I remove Eranthis?

On the Claude Code page, Remove the hook. Then quit Eranthis, delete it from Applications, and delete /usr/local/bin/eranthis and ~/Library/Application Support/Eranthis if they are there.

How do I update?

Eranthis updates itself. To check now, open Settings → General and choose Check Now.
